Chicken pizza recipe
Serves 1 150g raw chicken mince (breast in food processor) 40g mozzarella 1/4 tsp garlic flakes, 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp Italian herbs 4 tsp tomato sauce (sugar free) 8 tsp kalamata olives 25g ham 2 spring onions
Preheat oven to 230C with ceramic sheet inside. In a medium bowl combine mince, half the cheese and all herbs. Pat as flat as possible in a rectangle shape. Cover with plastic and roll or press as flat as possible. Remove plastic and roast until golden 12--15 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Smear crust lightly with tomato sauce, scatter with remaining cheese, ham, spring onion and bake Bake 8 minutes so all cheese has melted. Allow to cool for another 5 minutes. Or make mozzarella, sliced tomoato and sliced fresh basil leaves.
